What artwork formats do you accept?
We prefer high resolution JPEG images. However we can accept most formats (conversation charge may apply). |

Do I pay more for colour printing or having my logo on the ticket?
No. On standard tickets the cost includes single sided full colour printing and basic design with a logo if supplied by customer. |

How long will my order take?
This depends on the various order requirements. A standard 500 ticket order can usually be shipped to the customer within 48hrs of proof approval. Shipping dates will be given with confirmation of your order. |

What are your payment terms?
Payment terms are typically 30days from invoice. Large quantity orders may require a deposit. Details will be given with confirmation of your order. |

How many tickets can I have bound in a book?
We can bind the tickets in any number you require up to a maximum of 100 tickets per book. A charge may apply e.g. 100 tickets bound in books of 25 would have no charge however 5000 tickets bound in books of 10 may. |
